We started Questmate in 2020 with a simple goal: help teams and individuals get more done through better workflows, automation, and smart routines — every day of the week.

Over the years, Questmate has quietly become incredibly useful to hundreds of companies and individuals around the world — from software teams and co-working spaces to flight support operations that pride themselves on precision & efficiency. We also help individuals who are reliant on routines to get through their day easier, including athletes, content creators, and people with special needs (e.g. ADHD, Down syndrome).

Even better, we're proud to say that 90%+ of users that ever started to actively make use of Questmate are still in love with it today.

But here's the thing: we're still just a team of two 🤯 — and we intend to stay small. In fact, we don't believe you need hundreds of employees to serve millions of users. We'd rather stay focused on building and shipping value, and keep our user satisfaction and retention as high as it is — or even higher.

That's why we decided to double down on enabling those who already love Questmate and know how to get the most out of it — to help us help others in their field while strongly benefiting from the commercial upside.
